To place an order simply enter the items you are interested in and fill out the form below.

Buckles are also available in Red Brass. You may order any of the plates we make with your choice of 4 different backing styles, (please specify when ordering) Modern backing, traditional 3-Prong backing, a Cartridge Box backing, or Shoulder Strap backing. Also you can now order (exact copies) of the original. Hook style, applied center disc. Your reproduction will be cast just as the original. All reproductions will have the GW stamp.

The photo's above show some of the original style the belt plates were made. Most of the original sword belt plates had the hook soldered or brazed to the back. Some had the wide hook, some had the narrow. I cast my buckle and the hook from my original. This is a exact copy and as close as you will get to the original except for size. My reproduction is smaller. Many of the two piece buckles had a die struck center disc that was applied to the bar. When you order the two piece the original way we cast it just as my original and apply the disc. Remember that not all the two piece buckles are die struck . If you do not know which is die struck, just ask. The oval buckle is the 6th Infantry North Carolina. The original of it had all three hooks soldered You also can order the three hooks cast to the plate. The Virginia Militia and other State Militia belt plates had the belt bar and wide front hook for a keeper. They were not cast with three hooks. See page (6) six for show and tell. These are just a few examples of how you can get your buckle cast and the work that it takes to do the finish and detail. We also bright dip so the buckle has a gold finish look or silver dip. If you order the original style you will get the finish the original has. This is a lot of work so the cost is higher but you will be very pleased with the great grand-father look.

Shipping on your first order is a flat rate of $8.00. Once you have placed your first order and paid the $8.00 shipping charge, then all orders after that will be sent to you with no shipping charge, just the Hanover Brass item you ordered. Once a customer then free shipping.
